[Onboarding] Software Only Onboarding: Missing Libre 2 Selection
I'm eager to get started with the software only option for my own FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor. However, onboarding for the software only option is not very clear and information missing for many potential software only users as there is no option to select a Libre 2 within the "sensor sync" page within the app or mentioned in the emails. I'm confused because on the announcement of the software only page (white text heavy photo), Libre 2 is listed, but within the app on the sensor sync page, (darker app photo) the Libre 2 is the only sensor that is missing, as Libre and Libre 3 are listed. In addition, the onboarding emails are helpful, but are not specific or tailored to the software only users (only Dexcom G7 and Libre 3 are mentioned- not the other compatible sensors for the software only members) and in order to get the most out of the Levels app it would be great to have more indepth onboarding emails for the software only members as jumping around on the website for an hour is frustrating. An additional suggestion would be to clearly let the software only users understand how to link the Libre 2 app and the Levels app in the initial email after signing up AND key information/ expanding FAQs and pro tips that are likely in the Levels Subscription Boxes that come with a sensor that software only users wouldn't know (or have the time to find the information on the blog or website or FAQ) helpful tips such as time of day application (aka the morning or fasting glucose or not eating or exercising after applying sensor during the calibration/warm up process) etc. Potentially, just a few small tweaks to the software only new member emails and onboarding especially for the Libre 2 would reduce the amount of questions, requests and emails sent in by excited, but then quickly disappointed/frustrated new members.
