Levels Feature Requests

I recently purchased a device to measure ketones in my blood to track ketosis while on a low carb diet. Combining glucose levels and ketones in the app would provide a comprehensive view of my body's energy efficiency. It would be beneficial to have the ability to import ketones directly into the Levels app.

Feedback: Users want the ability to manually enter weight for a previous day, not just the current day. They would like a way to enter weight directly in the Levels app without relying on Apple Health or Google Health.

Feedback: While Levels collects lab data, it does not yet provide personalized recommendations based on those results. Suggestion to make ApoB and other lab markers more actionable by providing diet and lifestyle recommendations based on individual results -Introduce a "Lab-Based Insights" feature that suggests changes based on trends in bloodwork.

This feature is what makes Levels stand above the rest of the health apps out there. It is why I decided to pay the higher fee. Please bring it back! The insights on food choices aren’t helpful and repetitive. The information is too general. Please allow an opt-in button.

Feedback: Member suggested a feature that recommends the “best version” of common foods like potato chips, cereal, and grapes to help people transition off unhealthy options more gradually.

Go back to the number score for each meal’s glucose increase, glucose slope, and glucose area under curve. Much more helpful than just the progress bars.

Saturated Fat Tracking/ Maybe even Animal Saturated Fat and Vegetable. Why not throw in Trans Fat.

I would like to automate the export of my data to integrate it with my home automation dashboard. Having an API or another method to set up a script for daily data export would greatly enhance my ability to manage and utilize my personal health data effectively.

Ability to manually enter glucose readings (finger stick) when we are not wearing a CGM.

Feedback: be able to log sleep duration even without a smart watch be able to log sleep quality and correlate to glucose levels
