Hi there - There is an option in the app to ignore inaccurate glucose so that it won't impact your day score.

Lynette Diaz I feel like I tried this, but it still doesn’t alter the stability score. Unless you changed something

Scott Muhlhauser would you mind sharing a screenshot before and then after ignoring the section of inaccurate glucose?

Every new sensor creates erroneous readings. Option to omit a time period of spikes so the stability score isn’t skewed for false spikes.

Frequently new sensors record false spikes and lows causing aberrant meal scores. With the introduction of a new sensor every 10 days, up to 10% of total daily scores are impacted.
