I think that everyone who relies on the app to improve overall health knows that fiber needs to be consistent, and carb cycling versus protein intake on strength days versus Zone 2 days is important.
Higher engaged users who log all their meals in the app are creating a library of macros and micronutrients that will also help the app better suggest dietary changes to lower something as challenging as ApoB without pharmacological intervention.
One thing that this sparks an idea about is the ability to better track fat intake and suggest macro inputs to lower ApoB, which is a very important long-term goal and pairs beautifully with Levels Labs 2.0.

I would expand that User Need request to incorporate a more holistic view of Health based upon Nutrition, Activity (any type of activity), and Sleep data. The levels app already does metabolic health tracking as a core feature with integration of Google Fit and Apple Health partners. I think a comprehensive AI coaching experience (recommendation system) which could include nuanced recommendations related to the type of activity (running vs. strength, etc.) would be beneficial. In the end, the algorithm should take into consideration all three elements (Nutrition, Activity, and Sleep). It should also allow for Mental Health data to also be logged and included in the Algo. The results achieved could be validated using the Levels Labs feature which is a very nice addition.

This would be great. Running days, more carbs and strength training more protein. I have this issue already with the habit loops. I use total fiber and total protein as one of my goals. On strength training days, protein should be higher. Even as a start, some sort of calendar. I know I do Strength on Tuesday and Thursdays and run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I’d be willing to try that. Though not sure how that would be different

If its is based on the data from the Garmin (or other equivalents) that would be fantastic

I’d prefer you sync with my Garmin or Training Peaks account so they can upload my daily fitness activity and possibly download caloric intake
