[Offerings] Make more flexible subscription options

Feedback:
- I found the 30-day subscription model and the $40/month cost prohibitive and to discourage breaks from CGM use, lest the 30-day period expires, and one has to pay an additional $40 for a 10-day reading that may fall outside this period. Also offering two-week subscription increments may be helpful, so customers, and I, could choose to use one CGM per month, over a period of three months, let's say, while still paying a total of 1.5 months in subscription via two-week increments instead of 3 months.

I would welcome a subscription that allows me to wear a CGM once per quarter as a way to ensure that my habits are still working and to try out some new things

Yes! Love the idea of more flexibility. I was just going to cancel because of this issue.
