We've recently upgraded our food logging! Barcode scanning is much faster, with the ability to submit items for the database. Recipes are also available now, along with bug fixes and improvements. Give food logging a try and let us know what you think.

Hi there - Lynette here from the Levels team. I've spoken to a lot of members who don't realize they can use the new logging flow in very much the same way as they did previously.
Would you minding giving this a try and let me know how it works. Select the + button, then select 'Describe', enter your entire meal contents in the text box, just like you used to in the previous way of logging. Then select add items to log. AI will take a few seconds to analyze the information, if you don't care about the macros you can simply select 'log items' on the top of the screen and you're done! Let me know how that works.

Make it easier to log food

The new updates to food logging, where I am forced to add all the macronutrients, save it and then log it, is pretty horrible. Give us the OPTION to either add a 1 or 2 word description and save it (like it used to be) OR add the full macronutrient, plus description, plus adding to the database then "logging it" for those who want to. I do not want to store photos of my food and I do not want to use Levels for logging all that data (I use a different, very robust, app for that already) and there is no QUICK way to add food anymore.
FYI - I've canceled my subscription and will use a different service instead because of how difficult it is to log food now.
