[Logging] Improve exercise logging

Levels Health
Feedback:
- Allow me to enter the minutes (and default the end time to now" which then sets the start time); presently, I have to do math to figure out if I did 15 minutes, what should the start/end times be; harder to use than necessary!
- The speaker wants to see improvements in the app's ability to track glucose levels during different types of exercise, such as zone two training and high-intensity training.

4) semi-related... on the top of the Levels Today display... there's a small cal icon and the word 'Today', and below it the days of the week, with 'Today' shown in inverse circle. IMHO, as i scroll through the tiles below, the tile with focus should result in that inverse circled day updating, AND to the extent it's no longer 'Today' that word today should be replaced with the date (taking the preferred format from the phone's settings, in my case mm/dd/yy, whereas our friends in Europe typically prefer dd/mm/yy, etc).
5) to assist me in understanding where the data is coming from, it might also be great as part of the tile's details page to share the data source Levels imported from. eg. in the case of Sleep, i again/also don't know if it's imported it from SleepAsAndroid, OR from HealthConnect which would mean (irrespective of the multiple potential hops there) it came from Notify for Amazfit both which log my sleep. I love both apps, but do have a preference which i believe is more accurate, so... would be interesting for me to see just which source is being used, or if both are being used and merged in some way. Perhaps, if i could have a little more control over that as well, that might be interesting but that's a whole other rathole (in terms of discrete data selection from a given source) that i'll let alone for now given that's more about plumbing v UX painting. But again, just viewing the 'source' of that data as an attribute on a given imported exercise tile would be an interesting data point to know.
to the extent the UI/UX is presented as highlighted in #1-4, the overloading of date/time in the title is unnecessary (where it would probably be more useful in its own schema anyway), and more information can be displayed on the existing limited real estate at hand in the tile, and add'l details (including a Title that was abbreviated on the tile, could further appear in full glory on the details page).
thanks for receiving the critical feedback in the constructive light in which it's intended. I am really enjoying the app and all it offers!

still new to this (Levels-- it's my first week). And have a bit of a maze of data handoff which may in part be related to the Title arrived at by Levels for my imported runs...
(data logged in Notify for Amazefit, then using that 3rd party dev's (OneZeroBit) intermediary data sync app 'Simple Health'... the data in turn goes currently into GoogleFit & HealthConnect (not sure if HealthConnect is getting data from GoogleFit or directly from Simple Health), which is then i think getting from HealthConnect into Levels. At any rate this IS working AND i believe my comments are not about data loss in that game of telephone, but rather just UX choices made by Levels wrt how to present the imported exercises in the given tiles in which they appear (and perhaps about minimizing what's persisted on the import). So...
currently, my run this morning was titled (in the Notify app) with intention as:
'run38.3.17-3.1/5K+mi w/Kir'
whereas in Levels it appears as:
'Running 7 48 20 am dec 4 2024...'
It is true i started that run at 7:48:20a today 12/4/24, however my feedback is...
1) exercise tiles, like meal tiles should be visible in more detail via long press 'view details' menu option (i know currently there is no avail details page, and the tile is all there is).
2) basics like date, start time duration and/or end time, along total distance of the run should probably be on that details page, even if you're not going to show add'l stuff like the mile splits, perhaps some HR data (avg, min, max? whatever is imported w/out a lot of analysis or graphing is fine... that level of detail is what i use the Notify source app for), etc.
3) i think in that case i'd prefer to have my title intact albeit since i was mindful in the naming w/a bit of perversion of software naming conventions. eg. i know, when i visit my GP/PCP i can look at that and know 38 runs since i started doing so since my first visit w/him. I fell off the regimen and restarted 2 other times... now on my 3rd stint at it and in that 3rd stint, i'm now on run#17. Whatever, point is that title is meaningful for me, AND an easy way for me to swap back/forth between how i organize my runs in my primary source (Notify for Amazfit app) and Levels IFF the title is maintained as i took the time to enter it when initially logging it. I get only limited chars are allowed and some may get cut off, though over time i could adapt to that as well in my naming in the source app as needed.

Limit how long a walk should be for Levels to import the data

Feedback:
- Deleting multiple walks take FOREVER so a filter in my profile settings where I could say only pull in walks (or exercise) longer than 20min or 30min would be awesome.

I'd love some insight into how I fueled my workout. Did I nail it? Did I over-fuel? Under-fuel?

- Recognize activity with shorter durations. 5 minutes should probably be the minimum.

Please make it easier to delete walks instead of not adding them.
