would direct integration with all the individual platforms be easiest (for example i just ordered a ringconn ring) or to import that data into apple health then from apply health into levels?

Rebecca Schulman you can currently connect other platforms to Apple Health and then Levels will pull available data into the Levels app, so that option is available for you today. Learn more here: https://support.levelshealth.com/article/10-apple-health-google-fit

Oura for sure. Levels currently does a good job of pulling activities from my Apple Heath app.
