It looks like the data only gets synced 1-2x a day, and I'd like to either make than more frequent and/or manually sync it myself.

Our Health Connect integration was completed in October 2024 and syncing should be nearly real-time now. If you experience any issues with Health Connect syncing with Levels, please contact support@levels.com!

Lynette here from the Levels team. We recently updated our Levels <> Health Connect integration, let me know if the syncing is now more automatic.

You should notice that if you pull to refresh the Levels app, the data should match exactly what's in Health Connect.
