Great news! Your feedback matters, so we've added the Glucose standard deviation metric to the My Data tab. Keep an eye out for the change in next week's app release.

[Glucose & Data] Add "Variability Score" to My Data section of the app and explanation of this number to https://support.levels.com/category/9-ios

Just like you have Average Glucose, Spike Count, Spike Time etc under the My Data area in the app, my daily emails titled "Daily Levels Metabolic Fitness Report" mention a variability score, but this info isn't found in My Data.
Also, at the bottom of the email it says, "Learn how to interpret the metrics in your report here." - But clicking here takes me to https://support.levels.com/category/9-ios where there is no mention of a Variability Score. Searching for the keyword Variability also returns no results about a variability score. So without any insights as to what a variability value measures, or what I should be aiming for, it's a confusing data point. Can details about Variability please be added to https://support.levels.com/category/9-ios?
Note, The app shows a Stability Score and tells us we're looking for an 85 or better. It would be great if that value could also be added to the daily Metabolic Fitness Report (and I assume Monthly Summary) emailed reports.
Thanks.

Hey Andy, Standard Deviation or Variability refers to the fluctuations in your glucose levels throughout the day. Lower variability indicates a more stable and controlled metabolism. It is measured by calculating how much your glucose varies from your average reading in mg/dL. A stable day with fewer fluctuations results in lower variability, while more significant fluctuations lead to higher variability.

I'm merging this request with a similar one, so I wanted to reply before I did that!
