Currently it takes 3 hours for Stelo to send the glucose level to Levels. Please work with Dexcom to improve, (similiar to G7 & G6 sensors). Additionally, the removal of caliberation makes some of the sensors & days inaccurate. The consumer cannot communicate with Stelo. They only have a limited Bot.

Please let me know when stelo will be able to use with Levels so that I don't have to wait for 3 hrs before I can see my postprandial glucose.

Thank you for researching and that’s unfortunate. There is a bright future for OTC CGM usage. Additionally, it brings the price availability to many more people. The savings is $ 200/mon. Also, any options with the Lingo? Please keep senior management involved. Also, have you considered an relationship with SiBiosensor.com? Thanks

Our team has looked into improving the Stelo <> Levels integration, but, unfortunately, the delay is due to Dexcom restricting how data is sent to Apple Health. Levels can pull in glucose data through Apple Health, but the Stelo app has a built in 3hr delay that we're unable to bypass.

Agreed. Integrate and program directly with Stelo, similar to the G7 integration, instead of simply using the Apple Health feed which mandates a 3 hour delay.

Ditto on all points!
