[App Navigation and Usability] Metrics page could use improvements

I was playing with Daily Metrics/See All Metrics yesterday and had some observations:
1) The order of each tile within its group could be drag & droppable so that I can organize them under their own group. Currently they are neither alphabetical nor sorted from green to red nor best to worse nor red to green.
2) Similarly, maybe the groups can be reordered in their vertical position, too.
3) Some tiles can be clicked, some cannot be. No visual indication as to which one can be. So, I click on Stability Score, I get a nice graph. I click on Time in Target, I get nothing, I keep clicking, thinking I didn't click hard enough.
4) The problem with not being able to click is that there is no "About this metric" for such tiles that can be found in the detail page of the clickable tiles. Therefore, if you are wondering what "Time in Target" means, you are out of luck.
5) If you search for "Metrics" under Settings/Help to make up for that lack of helpful text, the top entry is "About Trends". However, on my latest version of the iOS app (15.15.2070), none of those instructions and screenshots seem to match what I have.
