- Fun, engaging UI elements like the "duo guy" in Duolingo that react based on whether you complete your habits. This provides an emotional reinforcement.
Member really likes the little mascot for duolingo it really motivates him to keep his streak who the widget evolves throughout the day if you don’t keep your streak

Cosima Travis… ugh. Please, please make this feature optional. These types of UI are extremely annoying and not appreciated by everyone (and it is one of the reasons I stopped using Duolingo).
