Feedback: Member would love if the app becomes crazy smart that it would be able to coach him on how to log. Have clearer instructions on how to log meals. Give members tutorial on how to log most efficiently Create detailed step-by-step tutorials for beginners on how to log meals and use key features of the app. Avoid mixing together instructions different features.

Feedback: It would be helpful to have some guidance around why you are utilizing the app. Help people interpret what the numbers mean. Is it possible to put in the service more information? - when I look at my numbers I was stressing out and had to go to outside sources to get the information. Share best practices you all have found when it comes to placement, calibration, pros/cons of each

Feedback: Integrating the article into the app would be better instead of having to go to the browser and then to the Levels app There are so many articles that can be missed in the blog

Feedback: Member initially missed the note about applying the Dexcom CGM on their stomach, and wish they’d put it on their arm. Font size for the warning is smaller so could be easy to ignore. Add more tips on placing the CGM sensor for the best results. For example, member prefers to use it on his belly vs arm but is unsure if he's placing it in an ideal spot because he always gets critical low alarms at night and knows it’s not accurate.
