The Garmin app tracks this well and it would be really convenient for this data to transfer over to the Levels app

Women's cycles affect training and glucose sensitivity. I want more insight into the relationship. It would be nice to be able to track my cycle in the app leveraging Apple Health or Natural Cycles.
